Got a pink letter in the mail read over it and called the number. They asked for the coverage ID at the top of the page and the vin number. I willingly gave them the vin because the dealership I bought the car from messed up majority of my paperwork and had my temporary tag registered under a different vehicle so I thought this was another thing they messed up. Luckily when they asked for payment I like to have documentation and receipts and asked them if they could send an email and I look over everything before I put money into anything and they told me they don’t have any documentation they could send through email but they can send a paper copy in the mail and send it with cashiers check. I told them I would do it that way just ti get them off the phone. Any business would have an email or email ready documentation to send especially when dealing with money. Thank goodness I actually think logically before I do things. COMPLETE SCAM

Looks like real, I was in confusion and started to be nervous about not activated Insurance. But it was just SCAM. Be careful!

IT'S A SCAM. DO NOT CALL THEM OR SHARE VIN NUMBER.Company name: SAP - Service ActivationThey sent me two letters with FINAL NOTICE printed on them, along with a pink letter asking you to call them and have your VIN number available.Thank you to this forum for tipping me off on their unsavory reputation. Don't fall for this scam and we'll be rid of this company sooner rather than later.

Not real- called the dealership I got the car from and they are not associated with this fraud company! Do not give them any of your information. Despicable!

Absolutely despicable that they would try and scam people like this. Should be ashamed of themselves.
