If your document has wrinkles, creases, or are of varying thickness, use the Carrier Sheet. Click here for instructions.
2. Clean the scanner. Click here for instructions.
3. Calibrate the scanner. Click here for instructions.
4. Adjust the resolution, contrast, and brightness settings when scanning. You may need to try several configurations before finding the desired scan quality.
Light scans may occur if the document being scanned has light print. Try increasing the the resolution to resolve this issue.
